On the occasion of the World Hypertension Day, the Luxembourg Institute of Health is pleased to invite you to an open air introduction to relaxation and meditation techniques to keep hypertension away and enhance your health!

Pilates & Yoga (by Clare Marie)
Pilates is a sequence of moves that focus on core strength, mobilising the spine, strengthening muscles and increasing flexibility. Whether you are interested in improving your general fitness levels, strengthening your body or focusing your mind, Pilates offers it all - providing you with a holistic approach to your health and fitness.
Sophrology (by APGS)
Sophrology is a discipline designed by a doctor and integrates techniques such as meditation, qi gong or yoga into the Western lifestyle. Its practice helps reduce internal tension.
Sophrology can be integrated in your everyday life: in the office, in the car, at home ... It is accessible to all and doesn't require demanding movements and results are noticeable rapidely!
Méthode Feldenkrais (by Sylvie Tescher)
Through easy, pleasant and precise movements, participant will learn to move at his own pace, trusting his sensation. In a context of security and pleasure, he discovers a new flexibility.
By a just movement, executed effortlessly and without seeking a result to be attained, the body lightened, the mind acquires new dimensions of awakening. Self-image evolves and a more harmonious management of thoughts and emotions flows from it.
Yoga & Meditation (by Dunja)
Relaxation and respiratory techniques help you to turn off your head, turn off your thoughts, and lower your stress level.
The higher sensitivity to yourself and the body achieved by perception and relaxation exercises can be used to stress prevention or your personal development.
Meditation helps you to return inside, to expand your consciousness and to experience silence. Or just to be!
